The Binghamton Homeownership Academy accepts new students who are interested in learning about homeownership opportunities in the greater Binghamton area. Participants may become involved either through on-going one-on-one education or classes held throughout the year.

Participants learn about all aspects of homeownership as presented by HUD approved and trained professional educators. Additionally counselors are available to work with clients to establish and maintain an acceptable working budget and explain common misunderstood areas of credit management.
