Located on Henry Street across from the Binghamton Post Office, this three floor building has 12 one-bedroom efficiency apartments for very low income elderly or handicapped/disabled individuals. To be considered for housing applicants must meet income and disability limits and there may be a waiting list.

Monthly rent is based on affordable rent studies for the Binghamton area. There are laundry facilities in the basement and every floor is accessible by elevator. Heat, garbage and recyclable pick-up are included in the rent.
