Lincoln Court Apartments

Located at 21 New Street, on Binghamton's South side, this rehabilitated elementary school provides 45 apartments for elderly/handicapped individuals of low income. Applicants must meet income eligibility as rents are HUD subsidized and due to the high demand for housing there may be a waiting list. Lincoln Court offers some off street parking, a garden and lawn area, laundry rooms, a community room and lounge, and kitchen that serves a hot meal daily.
