pertain to your situation. It is mandatory that you come to our office and sign a release of information form. By signing this form, you are giving us permission to do Credit and Criminal Background Checks on you, on your spouse, on your significant other and on any person over eighteen (18) years old who is listed on the application. It is essential that you call our office and schedule an appointment for anyone listed above to personally come in and sign the Background Check. For this appointment, please bring with you the completed application and all the required proof of eligibility. To schedule an appointment or if you have any questions, please call 607-772-6766 and select option #1. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
